Rental information for new customers
We will send you our Rental Agreement / Terms and Conditions for all the important details for you to sign and return before your rental. But here are some quick notes:
Quotation requests – This is easy, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a gear list or call 310-434-9500 to give us an idea of what you are thinking you might need, with tentative or firm dates, and we will send you a custom quote
Reservations and Confirmations – Once you approve our quote and write or call to let us know if the rental is confirmed, and we will hold the equipment until someone else requests it. Sometimes we might need a rental reservation deposit to hold specific items that are in high demand.
Insurance – We will need a certificate of insurance that shows you have Rented Equipment Coverage with HD Television Inc. dba HD Cinema listed as “Additionally insured and Loss Payee”.
Rental Agreement / Terms and Conditions - In advance of the rental as part of the confirmation you will need to sign that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Payment – We require payment on or before the day of pickup. Clients who have done multiple rentals with us can apply to set up accounts with specific credit limits.
Prep/Pickup day and Return Days - We don’t count the day of the pickup and the morning of the return as part of your rental days. For pickup times you can usually count on availability by 1 or 2pm, but when we know we have all your gear in house earlier we can identify a time in the morning that you could come prep and pickup.
Return by 11am is important, as someone else may be waiting for that gear. If you know it needs to be an afternoon return let us know as far in advance as possible and we may be able to accommodate you.
